VIRUSHKA- A Beautiful love story

They say it’s hard to find true love now a days but it’s all we are looking for.  

Aren’t we? Of course!! 

It is love only that makes our life beautiful and worth living. And love stories that have happy endings are meant to make us believe that true love still exists. One such story is of a dreamy couple that made the entire country fall in love with their love. One is a cricketer, often regarded as the best batsmen in the world and the other, his lady love , is a gorgeous and talented bollywood actress.

And we have been in love with virushka for a long time but did you know how it all started? If you don’t then, let us go together on the journey to know what happened and how the universe conspired to bring the two most loved icons together. Let us see their love story unfold!

The love birds first met during the ad shoot in 2013 for a TV commercial for a shampoo brand and it was then, they knew they were made for each other.  They both were doing great with their careers at that time. Anushka and virat were then spotted together quite often. It was reported that virat went straight to Anushka’s home after returning from the South Africa tour in 2014.  Anushka also visited virat during India’s tour to New Zealand in 2014.

Sweet, isn’t it?

 Just like any other couple in love , they too, in the honeymoon phase of their relationship wanted to spend as much time as they could with each other. That’s the beauty of love. Oh sweet love!! Enough of the dreaming now, shall we continue with the story?

Yes! While visiting each other on sets and tours continued the sweetest moment that made all of us go aww was when during India versus Sri Lanka ODI in 2014 virat blew a flying kiss towards his ladylove. Aww!!! Okay. You know the feels.

virushka also had to deal with haters and trollers when Anushka was targeted on social media for Virat’s poor performance in the field, be it during her visit to England or the ICC world cup 2015 semifinal against Australia in Sydney or be it the ICC World 20-20 2016 semifinal India versus West Indies in Mumbai. But Virat like a true gentleman stood up for his love and slammed the trollers. In a long post, virat kohli said: “ Shame on those people who have been having a go at Anushka for the longest time and connecting every negative thing to her. Shame on those people calling themselves educated. Shame on blaming and making fun of her when she has no control over what I do with my sport. If anything she has only motivated and given me more positivity. This was long time coming. Shame on these people that hide and take a dig. And I don’t need any respect for this post. Have some compassion and respect her. Think of how your sister or girlfriend or wife would feel if someone trolled them and very conveniently rubbished them in public.”

This is the type of love and support you would expect from your partner. Right?

Moving away from this negativity and talking about the stylish couple's public appearances together, they were seen in Yuvraj Singh’s wedding ceremony and recently at the ZaheerKhan-Sagarika Ghatge’s reception in Mumbai, in both the functions they were seen dancing and enjoying together.

Earlier, in 2016 when virat posted a picture captioned “heartbroken” which led to reports of him and anushka’ alleged fall out. However, fortunately things were back on track. Fortunately!

Virat and Anushka Sharma have been a power couple and have come a long way to finally become man and wife.

 YES!YES!YES! *tears of joy*

They have finally taking vows to be in love forever. The two announced their marriage on Monday in Milan, Italy where only close friends and family members were present. They were married with Hindu wedding rituals. Both tweeted a sweet post sharing the big news with their fans.While Anushka looked gorgeous in a pink Sabyasachi wedding lehenga Virat looked just as handsome in a colour- coordinated Sherwani from  the same designer.  And from mehandi to sangeet and to finally the wedding day Anushka kept her looks simple yet looked stunning in every way.Sources indicate that the secret wedding took place in a beautiful villa ‘Borgo Finocchieto’ in Tuscany. While the wedding was an intimate affair, it is expected that two grand receptions would be organized later this month, one for the relatives on 21^st December and the other for cricketers and industry friends on 26th. After, the reception the couple will fly  to South Africa where Virat will be prepping for upcoming series and Anushka will spend New Year’s eve with him and return in first week of January to begin next schedule of a film with shah rukh khan. They will be shifting to their new residence in worli in December informed their spokesperson.
